Home made pizza

One of the best thing in life is good food. The food will taste even better if you cook it yourself. It will be even better if you cook your food together with your love one. 

Instead of cooking a normal food, we decide to make pizza for our dinner. It really easy to do you own pizza. Let me share with you the recipe:

For the crust:

2 cup of high protein flour
1 cup of plain water
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 table spoon of olive oil

Mix all these and let it rest for 60 minutes

For the toppings: you can actually put whatever you want. Chicken, pineapples, beef, in fact whatever you want. No problem. 



We just need to work on the crust. We made it bit thick and it does not turn out to be very good. Next time we will make a thinner crust so it will be crunchier. 

The best thing is that the same method to do the crust can be used to do our own bread. My wife already declared that we will not buy any bread from the store. I like the idea of eating home made bread. It give me the sense of 'accomplishment' when we eat something that we cook ourselves. Simple dish is sufficient no need to be extravagant.
